Raya Cookies

It's been a while since I last updated my blog about cupcakes. Lately I've been busy with another side project and didn't have time to upload new images. Anyway, hari raya is around the corner and these are the cookies that I have made for order. Alhamdulillah the response were soooo overwhelming!!!

Various cupcakes suitable for kids...The frostings were made from buttercream, cream cheese frosting and royal icing. Worry not, all the frostings don't taste too sweet.

This type of design is very popular as wedding favours. It looks simple, yet elegant. There are a variety of colours available for the rosebuds to choose from.

Another sets of chocolate chips cupcakes topped with fondant roses. The theme requested was roses in pastel colours. These roses were handmade and orders must be made several weeks prior to the occasion.

Cupcakes with Roses

Here's a sample of moist chocolate cupcakes that we've made for an occasion in Bandar Baru Bangi. The chosen theme for these cupcakes was flowers in the garden. The roses, daisies, wild roses, stephanotis and other flowers were made out of fondants and was arranged on top of chocolate ganache.
